日本での英語教育プログラムサポーターとしての長年の教育経験を活かし、一人でも多くの方々に英語を好きになっていただきたいとの創設者の想いから、RS English(アール・エス・イングリッシュ・ダイナミクス)は2015年11月に設立されました。　そして、2016年４月には英会話教室と英語を楽しみながら学べる認可外保育施設として吹田市に開校いたしました。 

Founded in 2015, RS English Dynamics was inspired by the founder’s desire to make use of her experience as an English educational program supporter in Japan for many years.  It was then formally established in April 2016 in Suita City as an English Language school and a childcare facility to support parents and promote fun and engaging activities through English conversation classes for students of all ages to be more exposed to the language, cultivate interest, and learn naturally.

RSはRising Sunに由来しています。日本は日出ずる国として世界に認知され、伝統・文化に誇りを持つ国である一方、より一層のグローバル化が課題となっています。英語はビジネスからソーシャルメディアを含め数多くのシーンで欠かせないツールです。世界の人々とのコミュニケーション力を高めるには、生徒一人ひとりの英語力に応じたレベルアップが重要であり、このお手伝いをすることが英会話教室の使命であると考えます。また、日々情勢は激変しており、Dynamicsとはこの激変に対応することを意味しています。これらの想いを込めて、RS English Dynamicsと命名いたしました。

Origin of school name: RS English Dynamics

RS is derived from the words rising sun.  Japan is often called “the land of the rising sun” and is proud of its traditions and culture, but further globalization poses a challenge.  English is indispensable in many fields, from businesses to social media.  To remain responsive and deal with the dynamics, one must constantly learn how to communicate with people across the globe.  Our English communication classes aim to help learners be equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and values to be effective and meet today’s challenging times.  With these thoughts in mind, RS English Dynamics was born.

世界とコミュニケートできる真の国際人を育成するため、一人一人が英語に対する親しみと情熱を持っていただくよう支援することが私たちの使命であり、地域の方々にとって欠かせない存在となることが私たちの願いです。言葉の壁を取り除き、楽しみながら自然に英語を身につけると同時に、海外の文化・情報に触れる機会を持っていただくことで国際感覚を身に着けます。社会への貢献が私たちが存在する唯一の理由であり、事業の継続のため私たちは使命を果たしていきます。

Our mission is to cultivate familiarity and passion for English for our learners to become global citizens who can communicate with people around the world.  We strive to eliminate language barriers and provide opportunities to learn English naturally while having fun. We engage our learners with foreign cultures and information to develop international awareness.  

Our vision is to create an impact in the local community, to be known for our quality and innovative English language programs, excellence in teaching and services, and multicultural understanding.  Contribution to society is the only reason we exist, and we will continue to fulfill our mission for the continuation of our business.
